SNDBOX is an architecture studio that explores design solutions through research, prototyping, and iteration. The studio was founded in 2024 by Aaron Paul Whalen out of a deep passion for architecture and a commitment to creating high-quality designs. Our name is a nod to the classic sandbox: a defined space where exploration, creativity, and problem-solving thrive. In much the same way, architecture operates within real constraints which, when approached thoughtfully, become catalysts for design. At SNDBOX, we see these boundaries not as limitations, but as opportunities to create work that is expressive, grounded, and deeply human.
